"Excellent Resort and the master suit was amazing. All of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and super accommodating. The food was really good but typically for an all inclusive, nothing that stood out. The resort got very quiet and night, 9pm. I believe the lobby bar closed at 10:30pm. Some may like this although I would prefer just a little more action past 10pm. This is a wonderful resort for families. Huge thank you to the Karaoke and pool entertainers, they made the trip...

"Just across from the Cozumel airport. Dan created us when we arrived. Showed the property and helped us with our car rental next door. Daniel made us breakfast every morning. It was great. "The staff was great. Ours was one of 2 or 3 rooms rented in the hotel. We got a nice room with a king bed and refrigerator on the inner courtyard. Thank goodness, the outer rooms would have been too noisy. The staff was great in finding us 2 pillows without feathers, however it would have been great to have a few more pillows in the king bed. The pool and pool area was nice. However, they were building a new stairway and the little time we wanted to use the pool the worker was too noisy...

"This traditional Mexican hotel is located in a great downtown location. The Malecon and ocean are right across the street. The view from the balcony is excellent. It’s also within walking distance to the ferry terminal, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They deliver complimentary coffee and pasties to your room every morning, so that’s an added bonus. The negative aspect of this location, is the all day street and traffic noise....

"It has the potential to be amazing but little things got in the way. Transportation from airport was terrible and took many hours. We were quite tired when we arrived only to be placed in a suite that literally was missing the tvs from the wall. They quickly got new tvs hung up, my daughter slipped off her shoes and stepped on the rug to find it was saturated in water (completely flooded). Did no one inspect the room? An hour later we were in a new room and at this point we missed all dining...
