"I truly enjoyed the staffs and entertainment every night. The unfortunate part was that the room behind us was renovating and a huge strong scent of paint. We had a toddler with us and she was not enjoying it from her daily nap and we went to the pool to avoid the smell."

El problema es que nadie del staff hace valer y respetar las propias reglas establecidas por el hotel. Como por ejemplo está prohibido tener alimentos y bebidas en ciertas áreas y el staff permite a los huéspedes que incumplan dicha regla y lo que es peor, ellos mismos les ofrecen alimentos y bebidas. "Steak House was phenomenal. However dinner took almost 3 hours. Hibachi was also outstanding. Buffet was below average - However only ate there one night."

"This resort will probably be excellent once all the kinks are worked out. It’s already pretty good,but they’re still figuring things out. Staff struggled some. For example, we had a water leak in our room. They fixed that pretty quickly, but when we had another, it took a long time to move us to another room as promised. They also seem to be going for a Miami Beach dance club vibe even though most of the guests seemed to be families. "

"We loved all the amenities at the Grand. A great place for our family vacation. All ages enjoyed. We were disappointed in the upkeep of the buildings. They are showing their age. One family had to move because of the air conditioner. It needs some attention to detail. Please keep it up to keep families coming back. "
