The only downside was being greeted by whom we thought was hotel staff but it was staff for a travel membership (Unlimited vacation club) we were offered an opportunity to tour a 5 star facility secrets Maroma but it ended up being a lengthy 3 hour presentation to purchase a travel membership. I don’t suggest this being the first people your guests see and speak to when they come to the hotel as it’s a sales tactic...
