We asked for an ocean view upgrade and, while it was a little more costly per day, we were grateful for the wonderful views. An added plus was the beautiful pink flowers on our balcony. "

We did not appreciate the concierge (sales) staff being so pushy about going in their sales tour, requiring a deposit to go on the tour (no other presentation we have been on ever required that) and when we said no multiple times there were no less than 3 persons trying to convince us we needed to go on the tour in order to enjoy visiting Puerto Vallarta. "
