Safari Tentalow in Mexico

"Riu was a beautiful hotel coming into the lobby, and the amenities were great! The rooms could use some updating and hopefully one update is a exhaust fan in the bathrooms, and a fresh coat of paint in the rooms and some on the exterior. The staff was amazing, very attentive and kind, shout out to Hermes in the Japanese resturant, who made our experience quite nice. I enjoyed my stay and will be returning again, and stay a little longer. There is a nice although humid strip mall across the street, and a pharmacy should have forgotten something from home. "

"Nice family resort, food is good, staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty activities for kids and even has a drop in option with awesome activities. Nice spa for couples too. My only complaint it was the rooms needs update - stained walls, worn out showers. Cleanliness could have been better..but we also have been there in the busiest week of the year. All being said, I would still go back and definitely recommend to families. The ups supercedes the downs."

"The resort needs some updates for sure, but that doesn't deter me!!!! Love the resort itself, pools, beach, restaurants and most importantly the staff. They are all so kind and helpful! Wouldn't want to be anywhere else! I love my Riu family!"

"Very nice place would go again. One thing i will say is when making reservations they might say an hour but usually longer. Need to have a better way of making reservations for Resturants."
