"The hotel is located atop a small mountain. The road to get there is very rocky and rustic and easily missed from the main road. But the view from the small balcony is well worth the bumpy trip. You see the ocean and the entire town of Rincon de Guayabitos. Hot water was great. Bed was very comfortable too. Room was small but you don't mind it. Alot of cool birds on the grounds."

The room had bugs constantly falling from the ceiling, including cockroaches, earwigs, and pill bugs. To make matters worse, there was a scorpion in the room. "I stayed here with my girlfriend for a week beginning of January, it was a little cold at nights but gets warmer day time. It has 2 stoves if you interesting in cooking, small refrigerator, small coffee maker, bathroom has warm water. Its about 15 minute drive from Tepoztlan, I cooked most of the time but they also have food delivery. I recommend this place especially if you interested in a romantic weekend with your significant other. "
