"Subject: Concerns About Room Conditions Our recent stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues. The room had bugs constantly falling from the ceiling, including cockroaches, earwigs, and pill bugs. To make matters worse, there was a scorpion in the room. Despite being told the room was fumigated a day or two prior, these pests were prevalent. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like pillows, bed sheets, and toilet paper. "The pool is very far from the room. Sliding doors don’t close properly allowing mosquitos to come in. I don’t blame the staff. They are very friendly and tried to help however this property doesn’t look like anything advertised. The bed is made of cement and the mattress is hard. We can’t sit on the porch due to bats droppings and smells of bats. "
