"The proximity to the marina is fantastic. The hotel Itself is great for families. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The property is safe and the food is good. The buffet is average at best - but the fish house is incredible! We’re a bit disappointed to see the food services downsized from the last time we were there in 2020. But I hope it’s short term given the past few years events. Overall it’s great and we will go back. "

"We loved our stay! I would say if you’re gonna get a seat by the pool area, you would need to get it by about seven in the morning because everybody reserves it although you’re not supposed to. We did the All inclusive stay and the food was pretty good, The coffee shop and ice cream is included in the all inclusive package. I would definitely recommend the all inclusive if you’re gonna go. Lots of events and nightlife, It was great and we will be going next year. "

"Our return visit to Las Brisas Huatulco did not disappoint. The staff were always friendly and the service was always top notch, from reception, to the beach, to the restaurants. We didn’t spend any time at the pools but from what we saw the entertainment crew kept things hopping. The grounds are amazing. The groundskeepers are constantly trimming or raking. Tip them as well! "We enjoyed our stay thought the property thought the property is starting to show sign of repairs needed on the sidewalks and concrete areas. Didn’t like the soliciting of the time share for other Iberostar properties. Especially after traveling for 11 hours and I want to get to my room and rest and relax and enjoy the oceon view that part of the trip really turned me off "

"Beautiful resort as you can see by the pictures they post. Yes, lots of stairs but not a problem and we're in are 60's. To go to the beach take the elevator to the 10th floor and the other elevator to the beach. To go to the pool, take the elevator to the 10th floor and it's almost a flat walk to the pool. The resort did not seem crowded at all and we had no trouble finding a chair in the sun or shade at the beach or the pool no matter the time of the day. It was a big relief not to have to get...

"Liked the view from our 10th floor room and the beach location. Found the place to be somewhat noisy from the multitude of kids and loud scheduled activities. Our first impression of the Krystal Grand after being taken down to the basement area for the Expedia Altitude check-in was not very positive but the place grew on us subsequently "
