"We loved our stay at Canto del Sol! The food was excellent, the Buffett always had different options. The staff are very friendly and work hard to make the resort a fun and inviting place. The entertainment was awesome! We especially enjoyed the Comedy Show. The whole family was in tears laughing. Our room was very basic but we chose not to pay a premium for a nicer room. The beds were comfy though and it was clean. We didn’t mind the walk from the pools to our room. There are beautiful plants and flowers through the property. The main pool was very fun with entertainment for the kids and adults. We enjoyed grabbing a burger and fries at the snack bar. They have other options as well. There is also a Ceviche place that has delicious food, as well as ice cream. We went to the Surf and Turf restaurant one evening at sunset. They set the tables up overlooking the beach and the atmosphere, service and food were an experience that we won’t forget. Overall, we were so impressed with this resort and would definitely come back. The location is not far from the Malecon and we just took an Uber that cost around $5 Canadian. Thank you to the staff at Canto del Sol for making our vacation amazing! "

"This was a great all inclusive property. We mostly stayed on the property which was secure and secluded. The private beach is protected and private. There was a lot do and it had pools for kids and adults only. Also, swim up bar at one pool. There was a little remodel noise during our stay."
