"The room was super clean, spacious, well stocked and with an awesome view. Great location, comfy beds, nice staff at reception. Free on site parking which was a big plus. We didn’t want to leave and will most definitely stay here again if/when we return to Napier. "

"The Cordis Auckland Hotel was an ideal choice for us during our cruise. It was conveniently located just a few minutes away, and they even offered transportation to and from the shopping mall, which was a great bonus. "

"Stayed 2 different nights and both on 17th floor with amazing views of the Sky Tower and Harbour bridge. Lovely comfortable and quiet room. Breakfast was good with a wide variety and scrambled eggs which normally let down so many hotels were v good! Pool is great for lengths and location is amazing to enjoy Auckland. "

"Very generous sized room and beautifully prepared. Nice welcome and easy parking. It was a very hot day and I really enjoyed a late afternoon dip in the lovely clean pool, and sitting poolside"

"The front desk staff was friendly and professional and our room was clean and comfortable. We utilized the shuttle service to get to and from the airport and barely missed it leaving, so we had to wait 30 minutes for it. Upon departure the next morning the shuttle was completely full with many people having to stand as this shuttle picks up and drops off at multiple hotels. Just know this and be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes. There was a lady who seated us at breakfast who was very rude but I did not catch her name. Overall a good stay. "
