"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "

"It was an amazing stay for a family of 3. It was reasonable enough for 2 bedrooms with kitchen with a washer and dryer inside the flat. The only downside if I must say is that there was no cleaning service. However it was totally understandable for the price. You’d still get to change bed sheets, towels, get rid of garbage etc whenever if you want to. The employees were all kind and professional. The view from the room was also spectacular."
