We absolutely loved having our own spa in the room, the stunning view from our balcony, and the ability to cast movies from our phone to the TV using Google Chromecast. However, we did notice that the outdoor spa next to the pool wasn’t working during our stay (front desk said it is out of order) and the air conditioning in our room could have been more effective. "Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "
