"Exceeded all expectations- already planning our return. Incredible location, easy, quick and cheap access to airport; trams and UTrains to get around the city and walkable to local restaurants, shops and landmarks. Room was great size and spotless. "Check in was fine and the rep at the desk was friendly. The next day was not the same. The rep was rude and totally unhelpful. She treated us like we were a burden, and couldn’t be bothered to make more than one call to get a cab. She said “there are no cabs, sorry” and handed me a phone number and told me “good luck”. I went outside and spoke to a cab driver and got a ride in 5 min. "

"I loved this property and all of the staff! the stay was amazing! however because of the cold weather, the heater was on pretty strong and it was very hot in the room so i swear a lot and it affected my sleep, but other then that it was amazing!"

"The room was very nice and convenient for all three of us. Great location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Also was a quick walk to our rental car we drove to Hallstatt. Breakfast was good as well."

"Hotel moderno, muy cerca de la estación de metro/tren. Ambiente muy tranquilo. Habitación de tamaño adecuado, plato de ducha.. Tienen fuente de agua con botellas para que puedas subir a la habitación. Personal de recepción amable. El desayuno lo pedimos una vez, completo pero caro (como la mayoría de los hoteles) Nos gustó y repitiriamos. "

Excellent location for Town centre [5 min walk] train and bus station [5 mins] - so very easy to get from airport to hotel via F line bus route. Recommended"

"이 호텔에 숙박한 것은 부다페스트에서 가장 잘 한 선택이다 침구도 깨끗하고 방도 매우 넓었으며 청결했다 조식도 최근 간 호텔 중 가장 맛있었고 위치도 역 바로 옆이라 매우 편리했다 바로 옆에 슈퍼가 있고 ATM도 바로 옆에 있다 관광지가 약간 먼 단점이 있지만 부다페스트가 크지 않기 때문에 지하철 3-4코스만 가면 되고 저렴한 가격을 생각했을 때 부다페스트에서 가장 최고의 선택이라고 생각한다 부다페스트에서 마지막 날 강전망이 있는 비싼 호텔으로 이동하면서 난 내 선택을 후회했다 부다페스트를 여행하면서 왕궁이나 국회의사당 뷰는 지겹도록 봐서 꼭 비싼 돈을 주고 전망 좋은 호텔을 잡을 이유는 없을 것 같다 부다페스트를 여행할 분께 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다 "

"Travel Charme Fürstenhaus am Achensee is an amazing place to stay! Very nice staff, beautiful - stunning views from my room (255), great breakfast and so many other things that are offered here that I did not take advantage of, but will on my next visit. "A beautiful hotel in a perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Pest district. Service throughout our stay was impeccable with one tiny exception in the hotel bar where we got overcharged for two drinks (12,660HUF for an eggnog and Irish coffee). All staff were pleasant and helpful and the ambience of the hotel was stunning. A better selection of TV channels in rooms would be helpful as very little choice of viewing in English. "

"This hotel was outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a complimentary glass of prosecco and were made to feel very welcome. The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable . Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of food and drink options. The spa , gym and pool were a bonus . I would highly recommend. "
