"The hotel is beautiful. I paid a little extra for spa access and was able to enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi. The rooms are clean, and comfortable but the carpet, and crown molding need a little updating. Overall, I love this hotel, and would stay there again. The staff members were very nice, and extremely helpful, and professional. "

"Amazing hotel. Easy check in. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Access to the pool, sauna and spa (pool is FOC, spa services have additional costs). Staff were friendly and spoke English. Rooms were clean, spacious and we felt safe there. Hotel was a fab location and walking distance to everything. Bus route was about 10mins walk away. "This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of old town Innsbruck, perfect location and first class accommodation and services we really couldn't fault it. Breakfast is plentiful and something for everyone, bar area is lovely, pool and sauna were just fab and staff are friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Despite booking an economy room it far exceeded expectations for size and comfort with so many fantastic details that made it just that bit more special than the average hotel....

"We enjoyed a lovely stay. The staff were all fantastic, the breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, the evening meals were also delicious. The spa is nice, shame that some guests don’t read the rules to allow others to enjoy the place (maybe they should be put up outside the spa entrance). The room was beautiful with lovely bedding. Location for us was great too, just outside but a very short way to the centre. Can’t fault anything. We’d definitely come back. "
