"Terrific location. Right on Trafalgar Square, easy walk to Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, the waterfront and many other locations. Staff is super friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring London. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and had plenty of options. Only small downsides were that the room decor is a bit dated as noted by other reviews, particularly in the bathrooms, and the breakfast space is too small for the number of people there on the weekends. I'd encourage the hotel to consider additional seating spaces on those days such as allowing guests to take their breakfast into the Club Room. Overall, a great stay, and we would happily return! "
