We loved the area and the walking distance to the London Parlament building (Big Ben). The receptionists were nice and the rooms were great and spacious. I love staying here. There was some evidence of disrepair in the bathroom - one of the floor tiles was loose and the caulk around the tub was a little old looking. But overall, the stay was lovely! I’ll definitely be back.
