"The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...

"I absolutely loved my stay at Alpenpark and I would stay here again and again if I could (can I live here?) I fell in love with it as soon as I arrived, a beautiful resort nestled in the valley between all the beautiful mountain ranges and ski resorts. I was here in the summer so no snow in town but there was already some in the higher up mountains. It was like a postcard out my window. "Really nice hotel and well organized. We arrived past checkin hours but were given a code to enter the hotel and found our room key at the front desk. The room but clean and super spacious and in the morning we were greeted by a very polite lady at reception. The hotel is a bit pricey as with every hotel in Austria but I would definitely use it again."
