"Absolutely amazing , stunning location, hotel was so beautiful, photos don’t do it justice ! Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back! "

"Worth every penny. The hot springs, the saunas, the hotel itself. Every detail is there to ensure you are comfortable, relaxed, and happy. We ate an amazing dinner, amazing breakfast, and spent all of our time relaxing around the multiple pools and relaxation areas. We will definitely be coming back. "

"One block from train station, many restaurants and old town within walking distance. Staff is friendly and we received a city card since we stayed more than 3 days for discounts and free tram and buses. Only wished they had hot water pot for coffee or tea in the room "

"This hotel is exactly the experience we were looking for in Innsbruck. The staff was so friendly and VERY helpful. It was quaint and comfortable. Easily walkable to river and shopping. Would stay again most definitely if we return to Insbruck."

"The hotel is in an amazing location and the room and facilities are really great. Perhaps it would be nice if the spa offered a jacuzzi, but otherwise there really was no issue whatsoever."

"I recently stayed at Krumers Alpin - Your Mountain Oasis, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offers a wonderful mix of luxury, relaxation, and natural beauty, perfect for a rejuvenating mountain escape. "It was easy to do self check-in and clean with great view. It was the best chimoice. However there was no one for reception so we cannot ask simple cattle and hot water. Also there was parking fee which seems like normal for this area. "
