"Stayed here for our honeymoon and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! The room was huge, the spa areas and sauna are amazing and the 2 pools have absolutely breathtaking views! We knew breakfast was included but didn’t even realize we would be having 6 course meals for dinner every night and they were always delicious! The staff was so friendly and our absolute favorite part was the hiking trip with Regina that the hotel organized for us! She has some amazing stories and knows the area...

"We stayed one night in September 2024. Room 286 has a balcony overlooking the lake and the mountains. Geraniums line the deck railing. The room is beautifully designed with plenty of space for your things and it is very well lit. Above the usual care was taken with the lighting, the ceiling painted detail above the bed and the photograph mural on one wall. The best room we have stayed in on this three week trip. "Loved the property as it was almost fairytale like. The staff was lovely and did everything possible to help us navigate the area. It is not easily reached by train and Uber is non-existent, but the property and its location is 5 star. Breakfast was included and it more than exceeded my expectation. If you are have a car, put this on your Favorites List. "

"A great hotel right in the heart of the city among many facilities, restaurants and tourist sights. The breakfast was great and the hotel gardens in the back delightful. The rooms were beautiful and although the bathrooms were dated, they were historical and authentic, but very clean and a joy to use. "
