"We were a group of soul music fans on a get together to take in the northern soul weekend at the tower ballroom. We have stayed at the " fairway" a few times before, it is clean, tidy,easy accessable and you always feel welcome, we will be booking again next year. Those needing a "secure car park" we use the park on Charnley road, £15 for 72 hours (November 2021)"

"Modern bathroom, good shower, room was on ground floor backing bar so could hear refrigerator noise and bar music thru wall and people moving up and down stairs but was quiet by 9pm ish so was ok. Front desk guy was friendly and helpful. Beds comfy but sheets didn’t fit bed so fell off which was not great as mattress protectors were stained. Great location right across road from beach."

"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I travel up and down the country for football, have stayed in many hotels, good, bad average, but this is by far the worst yet. The reception room/bar area was a disgrace, rubbish everywhere, food all over the floor, just a dumping ground with a leaking ceiling. That’s where we had to leave our bags as our rooms weren’t ready. After the football match we went back to check in. The rooms were nothing like advertised, not looked after, funny smell and not...
