"You get what you pay for. Room was clean. There was a problem with my first room but I was moved with no arguments. The biggest issue I always have is inconsiderate guests who think its ok let their doors slam at 1am and let children run up and down the corridors at 7am. "

I was only staying for one night for a family diamond wedding party and specifically searched 'Trivago' for pet friendly hotels as I have a little dog. "Hotel is massively dated and the room was just poor , very old n stunk of damp. The bed was so old springs were sticking up , outside of the room the floors creaked so badly that every time someone walked past even quietly it made a racket. The windows were so filthy outside and inside you could barely see out of them. "

"Hotel was great and perfect for what we needed as a family of three. The staff where helpfull and polite with excellent customer service. The room was clean and well maintained, and just the right size for us. The hotel is perfectly located, with the Pleasure Beach just round the corner, and a tram station two minutes walk away. The breackfast was good quality and tasted fantastic, the hashbrown bites where a hit with all of us. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone. "
