Definitely recommended getting the breakfast included option. All staff at this hotel were excellent!! Location is absolutely perfect!! Literally across street from underground station… Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace… all these spots are like 1-2 miles from hotel. "We stayed the weekend at this hotel as a group of friends and partners. 6 of us in total. It’s an older hotel so doesn’t have all the mod cons, but it’s kept clean and tidy and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to other people. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to Hyde park and there are plenty of eating and drinking establishments local. The reception is run by a very friendly team and there is always someone there to help and answer any questions or sort out any problems. There...

"Good location on Russell Square, walking distance from Kings Cross Station. And a stone's throw from the British Museum. "Snug" room i.e. small. Comedy squeak from the bathroom door (just needs some WD40). Very convenient to where I was working. Would stay again. "

"The property was very nice but be aware of some homeless around. The tube is literally across the street and there are places to get a quick bite to eat fairly quickly as well. The primary negative with the hotel are the slow elevators. Only 1 of 3 was operating while we were there and people on the second or third floors don’t get the hint to walk. "

"All ok. Room with no windows took a bit of getting used to. Filtered water and hot drinks and iron are on the corridor not in your room. Location was good for me so I’d stay again if I could get a room with a window in budget "
