"Great location great staff. Good value for money but the rooms whilst clean are a little tired"

"We were lucky to check in early, however there were a few things in the room that werent up to standard. The products in bathroom by sink were empty, plus only 1 tea bag and no sweeetners. I tried to check out on line but the payment for breakfast wouldnt complete so went to the Reception. Met by a member of staff that told me to wait, i waited and then she asked what i wanted, and then when i tried to explain cut me off. Was very abrupt and when i then told her about the missing products just...

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the St Athans Hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around which were easy to walk to. The staff was helpful and kept our luggage safe and locked when it was too early to check in and after when we had checked out but it was too early to go to the airport. They cleaned our room and provided us with extra towels when asked. We also felt safe since you cannot just walk in- you ring the bell and they have to let you in. We were worried the shared bathrooms...
