"Family with 2 children stay for 2 nights. Owners are not on site so ring you the day of checking in to find out roughly what time you will be there to meet you. Car park is extremely small so get everything out before parking up. You have to leave your room number and phone number so people can ring you if they need to get there car out. "Most staff were friendly although the receptionist on shift Sat morning found it hard to speak in a friendly manner. She made it hard for the guests who were asking questions. We were sitting in reception for an hour waiting for the room as it was really busy in the bar due to the match so watched a few guests asking for advice etc - I thought she was very lucky that most of the guests didn’t react to her tone etc. "

"We have stayed at the Headlands Hotel, Blackpool on several occasions in the past and have always enjoyed going there. This time we stayed for 2 nights, mid-week in September to visit the illuminations and the Tower Circus.
