"Wen we arrived we had paid more to upgrade to a sea view my self and my daughter but rooms was not ready we then got our rooms and they was disgusting not even sea view bits all over the floor looked as though bed had not been made proper but they swapped them rooms was clean and lovely but ours was on the 4th floor and I had already said low floor so was not happy as I have a bad leg and hip and will not use lifts so was not happy over all entertainment was good parking was hard to find a space...

"Stayed at choice hotels lots of times and the all inclusive is great value. The entertainment at the Viking was excellent buddy Lee the dancers and all the other entertainment was great both nights. I have noticed a reduction in staff over the years and especially behind the bar. There is no housekeeping Saturday but this is not a problem at all. Our room had a shower cubicle and a good scrub and spray of the grout to remove mould would have helped"
