"My family and I recently returned from a weekend getaway to Lake Kawaguchi. The property was awesome. It’s very clean and Modern. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home (cookware, utensils and appliances). There is a washing machine, smart tv with Netflix login, and A/C units in each main room. "We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all helpful and kind. The food was delicious (be prepared for A LOT of food at breakfast and dinner) and we loved our in-room onsen . The hotel is showing its age with some visible wear and tear but it didn’t detract from the enjoyment of our stay. The location can’t be beat. I would definitely recommend staying here. "They picked me up from the train station. Lent me an electric bike for work. Gave me a delicious home cooked meal. Provided me with information about the Sakura Festival. They were all very kind, very generous, and lovely people. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was truly the best hotel experience I have ever had.
