"Booked the deluxe unit, seems like only deluxe unit have roof top balcony, which have the mount Fuji View. Many eateries and convenience store nearby. For Drivers, the villa provided free parking. Most of the shops around the area has free parking. The rooms are clean, the living hall is huge. "

"Lovely quirky hotel. It is quite basic but the rooms are clean (and have a great view of Mt Fuji!), and the communal lounge is great to hang out in. The staff are lovely and so helpful, the shuttle to and from the station was very helpful! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. "

"Clean and tidy, two bedrooms plus an upstairs area with a kitchen and living area. Beds are firm, good shower. Check in process simple. We were there in winter and found the heating effective. Close to nice restaurants, convenience store and train station. We did hear the rail crossing, the area was otherwise quiet. Views of Mt Fuji from our flat. "

"A quiet hotel with only 13 rooms. Room is big and very comfortable, with outdoor onsen. Location is approximately 20 mins walk to Lake Kawaguchiko and train/bus station. The hotel provides pick-up from the station upon check-in and sends you to the station when check-out. Ample parking lot if you are renting a car. Lawson next to hotel and bus stops are nearby. Very friendly staff. They even have a Starbucks coffee machine in their lounge. I would definitely stay there again."

"The villa that we stayed in was well kept and very clean! The local area was beautiful and quiet. Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. Right next to the famous FujiQ amusement park as well as dozens of beautiful Onsen with great views of Fuji!! The site of the villas itself was unique with fun camping vibes! "This is a very nice camping ground location. The name is actually called Workshop camp resort. The google maps address is wrong, continue up the road past 2 other properties. The palace cabins are basic, good size. The hot water did not work in our cabin. Pretty location in the forest."

"ข้อดี - ที่พักอยู่ใกล้กับป้ายสถานีรถบัส Red line No.4 เดินทางสะดวก - บริเวณแถวโรงแรมค่อนข้างดี ติดถนนใหญ่มีแสงไฟสว่าง มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ Lawson ใกล้ๆ, มีร้านอาหาร 3-4 ร้านที่สามารถเดินจากรร.ไปได้ - พนักงานน่ารัก บริการดี - มีบริการรับฝากกระเป๋า, รถมินิบัสของโรมแรมไปส่งที่สถานีต่างๆฟรี (ดูตารางเวลารถที่เว็บไซต์โรงแรมหรือสอบถามที่ front ก็ได้) - ห้องพักและโรงแรมสะอาด ข้อเสีย - ถ้าเลยช่วงหกโมงเย็นจะเดินทางกลับรร.ลำบากทันที เนื่องจากรถบัส Red line รอบสุดท้ายที่สถานีคาวากุจิโกะคือประมาณหกโมงเย็น และแถวนั้นไม่มีรถเมล์สายอื่นผ่านเลย ทำให้ออกไปเที่ยวแล้วกลับดึกมากไม่ได้ - อาหารเช้าฟรี แต่แค่พอกินรองท้องได้ ไม่ได้ดีมาก"

"Ein schönes kleines Hotel, dass noch etwas traditioneller ist als viele Großstadt-Hotels. Der private Onsen und auch der allgemeine Onsen sind klasse! Wenn sie Ruhe und einen Onsen benötigen kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen! Leider war das Zimmer etwas älter, die Abflüsse rochen etwas unangenehm und die Lage ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht gut. Mit viel Gepäck sollten sie sich eine Buchung gut überlegen, da es höher liegt als die Bahnstation und man mindestens 25min laufen muss. WENN Sie mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommen, dann können sie durch den Fuji Q Highland parken laufen. Holen sie sich gratis ein Ticket zum durchlaufen und sparen sie sich den Umweg um den Park. Google Maps zeigt die Wege falsch an! Preis Leistungs Verhältnis vom Hotel leider etwas zu teuer (Augenthalt Mitte März)."
