"Beautiful old mansion remade as a hotel. The side building however lacks the same grandeur. Rooms show wear and limited in-room comforts like an ironing board are missed. The in-room dining is extremely limited. Lighter options and snacks would be a good idea. That said, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The young man tending bar in the lounge is especially charming and welcoming. "

"I was traveling for work alone, Two men followed me into the hotel, the receptionist gave them my name and called me to tell me they were looking for me. I asked her who they were and she didn't take their names. She said if i really wasn't expecting visitors I should call the police. I called the police and they escorted me out. the hotel still charged me for my stay. Horrible experience."

"The hotel burned down because of a fire two days before my stay. I’m honestly not sure what the protocol would be after this happens but I was not informed by anyone and was just luckily informed by my own being and research. I contacted hotels.com and they were unaware and did not provide any help. I would like a full refund because I did not stay. "

"The staff here at Frame Treehouse were so accommodating. Every request was met-above and beyond. Bed was soo comfortable, water pressure- best shower ever. All amenities. Common space was perfect for business or even morning serenity. "
