"I was traveling for work alone, Two men followed me into the hotel, the receptionist gave them my name and called me to tell me they were looking for me. I asked her who they were and she didn't take their names. She said if i really wasn't expecting visitors I should call the police. I called the police and they escorted me out. the hotel still charged me for my stay. Horrible experience."

"It was great! I had lost my wallet at heb and the CSR was very nice about it and accepted my legal temporary Texas DPS license. It was freezing last night so it was a Godsend. Because extended stay would not accept a document that the state of Texas says is a legal document. So thank you guys at Microtel Austin."
