"I liked everything about the property. The staff was very friendly and it was very clean. The things i didn’t like was that I had upgraded and paid a little extra for snacks and water in the room and didn’t receive them. At the time of my stay, there was a water issue, and the water was yellow. I understand that these things happen, but I had to go purchase water to use when I already had purchased it."

"Amazing pool/spa area and large space to lounge in the sun. Staff was always very friendly. Hotel has am amazing breakfast with many options. The room air conditioning could use an upgrade as there is no room thermostat it is only set by the wall unit which didn't always work the best. Hotel tries to do eco friendly by limiting the times room service comes to clean so it is by request only and must be requested by the day of no later than 11 am should you want your room picked up.
