"It was great! I had lost my wallet at heb and the CSR was very nice about it and accepted my legal temporary Texas DPS license. It was freezing last night so it was a Godsend. Because extended stay would not accept a document that the state of Texas says is a legal document. So thank you guys at Microtel Austin."

"Not much to do around the hotel, which is fine so we wanted to go the bar insode the hotel to have a cocktail and maybe an appetizer. We couldn’t do that because the bar is never open. "
