"Very nice front desk staff. Beautiful lobby with a cozy seating area. Arrived early but was able to leave luggage so we could enjoy a day in Historic Zurich. Very short walk to Zurich airport to catch flight home."

"Small, but minimal, comfort and clean room. Good choice for those is having flight on the next morning in airport, having shutter for airport transfer. The hotel gave the free city pass before my checkin, it was really helped me in getting the local public transport to the hotel, or travel to the city for tour. "

"The property was conveniently located closed to the airport minus the loud noise and public transportation into the heart of the city which was a a prefect 5-10 minute ride. Room was spacious. Only complaint was the bar staff weren’t friendly and mostly rude during our stay but all other staff were extremely polite and helpful. "

"Fabulous stay in Zurich, a beautiful city. The hotel had the feel of a boutique hotel, great warm interior and atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel location could not have been better, walking distance to shopping, the lake, the old town with its great restaurants. And a short bus ride to the Lindt chocolate factory. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or families. "

"Ameron has great location and it's very close to the train station and the Chapel Bridge. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the room includes good breakfast with big variety. However, there were two issues during our stay: 1) As a family of 4, we booked two rooms. The bathtub drain in one of the rooms (#523) didn't work and the on/off switch for the shower was broken. 2) The sensor of the hotel had problem on the night of New Year's Eve and the alarm went off 5 times at midnight which was...

"This is a fabulous property and well-deserving of its 4 stars. Sadly, I came when the fog had descended on the area so I couldn't see the stunning views, but I have been to the area numerous times and know they are breathtaking. I loved that the Epesses train stop was 3 minutes from the hotel (be aware there are a lot of steps to get there). "Hotel location is good. It is located in the old town and there is direct bus no. 10 go and from airport. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom size and water pressure are good. They provide free public transport pass which is a super big saver to our travel expenses."

"The staff at this hotel went out of thier way to help me retrieve a lost phone. They were all very kind and helpful. When I can count on a place like this it gives me a great sense of trust.
