"Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close. "

"It was a very nice little apartment, very modern, and convenient for the train. It has a washer/dryer unit plus a complete kitchen. There were large windows which let in a lot of light. The only thing missing was a microwave. I was very happy with my stay here."

"I would definitely stay there very central no need for a car. It’s perfect for 3 with total privacy. We had the unit overlooking the cathedral. It was bright and very comfortable."

"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. Good choice near the airport

"Small, but minimal, comfort and clean room. Good choice for those is having flight on the next morning in airport, having shutter for airport transfer. The hotel gave the free city pass before my checkin, it was really helped me in getting the local public transport to the hotel, or travel to the city for tour. "

"The staff at this hotel went out of thier way to help me retrieve a lost phone. They were all very kind and helpful. When I can count on a place like this it gives me a great sense of trust. Comfortable super size king bed

"Hotel location is good. It is located in the old town and there is direct bus no. 10 go and from airport. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom size and water pressure are good. They provide free public transport pass which is a super big saver to our travel expenses."

Fab hotel.

"Fabulous stay in Zurich, a beautiful city. The hotel had the feel of a boutique hotel, great warm interior and atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel location could not have been better, walking distance to shopping, the lake, the old town with its great restaurants. And a short bus ride to the Lindt chocolate factory. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or families. "
