"Good overall! I understand you can pay for extra towels, cleaning etc but for a booking of 6 nights, I feel maybe a mid stay clean/towel refresh could be included. Room was overlooking the void in centre if hotel so felt a bit claustrophobic. However, it was convenient and I would stay here again. "

" Very clean and nicely built modern property. We loved the design of the one bedroom apartment with dish washer, washer dryer, kitchenette, dining table, fridge and utensils. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed. Train station is 5 min walk and hotel gives transport card. Only issue is there is no direct phone line to the front desk. But overall an excellent experience. "

"It's perfect. There isn't much around the immediate area, but you are literally a three min walk from the trains and a 5 min train ride to downtown. Can't beat that. Grocery store right next door too. "

"Hotel location excellent - has bus stop right outside and close to supermarkets. Takes about 20mins to get into Geneva and same to get to the airport. Staff friendly and nice touch to see some games available, though we didn't make use of it. Room was spacious and clean, and well equipped, however, sofa bed mattress was a bit worn so felt lumpy. A couple of practical items though not show stoppers - shower screen not wide enough which meant water splashed to outside shower tray. Could do with...

"You need to take the metro to this location (6 stops from Zurich train station), but it is worth the time. This apartment is spacious, clean, warm, and modern. Our family (3 adults) enjoys it. It has a kitchen and kitchenware. The mini supermarket is close to its backyard. You can buy food and cook. The bathroom fan is a little bit loud."

"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"It was an unconventional set up but we still had an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately the bed wall wasn’t working but it was repaired once reported. We didn’t realise that amenities like tea/coffee/microwave were only available in a shared lounge area which wasn’t close to our room but that was our oversight. "

"Good place to stay, love the reception staff, all super nice and speak different languages. There was some working around the hotel, but they did their best to accommodate our request for a quiet room, even letting us enter the room before check-in time. Apart from one morning without water that the hotel quickly fixed, I couldn't fault anything. "Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"There is major construction in front of the hotel so do request a room facing the back. They actually start being noisy around 7:30am! Otherwise great rooms and a fantastic gym and pool facility. "
