"This hotel is amazing! very convenient from everything, in the beginning when we first got there, the door would not locked, but the management took immediate action and put us into another room, we felt a lot safer, not that there is danger there because they have security all night, besides that, I recommend this hotel "

"This was my second stay at this property and it was another great one. The family rooms are spacious and have most things you need. We opted for the oil access in the Aqua wing and it was a great experience. Breakfast is amazing, wonderful food and choices galore. Loved the fish feeding experience daily for the kids We had lunch at the the Manta Ray and Coconut/Talat and it was lovely. Great portions. We also ate dinner at the Floating Market for a special fire show evening which was lovely ....
