"Hotel is fantastic, up to date and great amenities. Breakfast Buffet is plentiful and tasty, Cleanliness is second to none and service is great. Management is very receptive. The only drawback is the front sidewalk of the MBK Mall that is attached to it which is a poor place with front sidewalk stuffed with street-food and flee-market vendors that are completely incompatible with such an upscale hotel. Definitely recommend the hotel though"

"The hotel is impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping and a full set of toiletries replenished each day. The complimentary buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options—it truly felt like a brunch buffet. The hospitality from the hotel staff was outstanding. It's conveniently located near restaurants and shopping malls. I will definitely return and recommend it to others."

"Considering this hotel is located on a very busy street, the room was quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And I loved the fancy toilet. "

"Hotel canceled on me, without explanation, less than an hour before I headed to the airport, so I scrambled to find another hotel at the last minute. I don't know what was going on, but it wasn't easy finding a hotel I liked at the last minute. Not a happy camper."

"This is my second time staying here. Staff was just as amazing as the first time. The only negative I have is the cleanliness of the bathroom. I found hairs from a previous guest in a few places. Aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed my staff. Breakfast was great with many options. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Khaosan road is just two minutes walk from the hotel. And just in front of the hotel, there are fine restaurants and street food vendors. Airport buses from Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports stop at Khaosan road two minutes walk away. The hotel itself.is old fashioned European style I would say."
