"Nice little hotel. Had to get their app in order to call for housekeeping and request services which I thought was initially annoying but actually ended up being easier. It’s off the main strip so a little quieter at night and was very clean. Breakfast was okay but convenient to be included. Across from the new night market and 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Sort of in the middle of the strip which worked out well. The tourism desk in the lobby charges much more for tours than the app so just quote the app price and they’ll honour it. "

"The hotel staff while checking in were kind and attentive. Hotel is in a fantastic location and very clean. The only negatives I had were the gym was in a dungeon of the hotel and not a good selection of machines. Also while at pool there was no service, no bar tender was ever at the pool bar I always had to search for someone to order food or drinks. "

"Hotel has a wonderful offers to eat in .. discount of alcohol /Combo offers / dessert 50% after 5 pm. The rooms are spacious, best hotel to stay with kids as they have many activities throughout the day,some are chargeable. Hotel shuttle is available to the center. U can book sightseeing tours from outside on the street. Ao nang landmark market has good restaurants as well... And activities for kids. "

"Our stay at Hotel Adam was exceptional. In fact, we liked it so much that ended up canceling our reservation at a more family-focused sister hotel Panan down the street and spending three more nights at Adam than expected. This place is a little hidden gem in a bustling Ao Nang, and just a 10 min walk to the beach along a mountain. Each room is beautiful and has a private pool looking out to either ocean or more peaceful mountain side. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and helped us deal with a tricky hotel-moving situation. The booking desk in the lobby was able to book us last minute activities including a cooking class and two private drivers to see emerald pool, hot springs, and tiger cave mountain. Surprisingly, booking a private driver was around the same price as doing a group tour — highly recommend! The architecture here is very special. The rooms, the rooftop, and the breakfast restaurant (get breakfast, thank me later) are all incredibly beautiful. Special thanks to Tia, Walls, Aey, and Jane for taking such excellent care of our stay. When we are in Krabi next time, there is no question that we will stay here again."

"After reading a few negative reviews we tried to change our booking to the Bluesotel SMART adults only, I’m so glad we didn’t end up switching because this location is far closer to the restaurants and shops, a short walk to the beach and we had a fantastic stay! The rooms are modern and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony facing the pool was lovely. The pool area actually looks much nicer than the pictures and we spent a lot of time there— especially at happy hour where the cocktails are buy one get one free. You can order food to your lounge chairs and if was all really good—especially the pizza. We found the staff very friendly and really enjoyed our week here. "

"I was traveling with my partner for his birthday and this was our welcome to Thailand. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The property was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well, really important when it’s so hot outside. The surrounding area was right in the heart of everything. We walked to the beach, market, restaurants and everything was basically at your front door. We would recommend this place and will hopefully be back again soon! "
