"Like almost everything about this hotel but.. This is my first visit after their recent renovation, got a room with bathtub, no partition or shower curtain so the bathroom is wet and slippery after each shower. I feel it may not be safe for seniors like mysel. Otherwise i still highly recommend this hotelslippery . I feel its safe for "

"Front desk staff was absolutely first class. While affable Ms. Tee is the one who handled my check-in, her colleague was equally all smiles and welcoming. They both donned new beautiful blue dresses ( I had stayed with them a couple of years ago). Check-in took less than 2 minutes. Ms. Tee spoke fluent English with a beautiful accent. My wife (who is Thai) and I felt very welcome by these two wonderful ladies. Our room was 1818 on December 14-15, 2024 because we had reservations at nearby Asia...
