"Extremely friendly staff that went above and beyond trying to make the customers happy!! Can’t say enough about them!! Delicious and huge amount of choices for breakfast friendly atmosphere, no one, was made to hurry and get out! Their entertainment and enthusiasm was infectious and our time at Panan first in a pool access room which was huge and so convenient to hop in and out, and later at a sea view room, clean and well stocked, was fantastic hope to book this again in the future! You can’t go wrong with Panan Krabi resort!! Thanks again"

"It’s a lovely resort with two great swimming pools—one of which is perfect for kids and they really enjoyed it. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the main island, so getting there requires a long-tail boat ride."

"Great hotel with excellent service. Be aware you need to get a boat each time you want to get into the centre of Ko Phi Phi which is very easy but takes around 15 minutes. It is lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle of the resort centre though. "

"Wonderful idyllic resort amongst the jungle in a national park. Only negative was the seashells on the beach which made it a bit uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet. Great facilities and staff. It’s the Thai Four Seasons!"

"We love everything about this hotel! It is loud at night but we were warned before booking and wore noise cancelling headphones at night. The amenities, location, service, pool, my kids loved the pool bar… so beautiful. The rooms were small but clean."
