"Luggage deliverer met us at the pier holding a sign and delivered our suitcases back to the hotel without us even contacting them. they also did delivery when we left. View was amazing. Breakfast also amazing with many selections. sadly they only had a 2 twin beds that can't be moved together. "Awesome place to stay. Hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and ready to help at all times. Stayed at Villa 106. Room was big, clean. Had no issues whatsoever with shower, A/C etc. Located right on the beach the place is excellent for those who enjoy late night parties. If you are looking for a quiet place then this place is probably not a good choice as the music on the beach blasts until 2:30 am. "

"The hotel is in a great location. It's in the center of the resort and easy to walk around the resort. The staff were lovely, the breakfast had a good variety. Our room was steps away from the pool and clean. We would definitely stay here again. It's reasonably priced compared to others in the same location. We were met at the port and they escorted us to the hotel and carried our luggage. Great service. "

"The hotel has a perfect location in phi phi island, just walking distance from the pier, amazing view from the pools, good breakfast, friendly staff members, beachfront, the rooms are not bad but it needs modernisation, avoid rooms next to street if you are an early bird, as the music is too high until 3am, in general was ok for us... good value by the way."
