"Gorgeous hotel with excellent pool. We stayed in luxury double pool sea view room on 3rd floor. It is exactly like the pictures. Very clean pool, outstanding views. Great small beach area in front of hotel. Clean and large room. AC worked great. It took us a minute to learn to use the shower controls but usually the hot water worked ok. "The resort we were staying at was not available our first night ao we decided to try this hotel for one night. Based on the reviews we read we did not know what to expect. We found the hotel very quite and comfortable. It was clean and the service was very polite. It is about a 10 minute walk from the pier (but it is very flat) and since it is always hot it is important to find the porters at the dock (we did not and worked up a good sweat as a result). "We stayed at the Ivory for 4 nights and we can’t say enough about Juni and her hospitality. She made the stay at the resort and Koh Phi Phi itself!! She goes beyond what is expected from staff and they are lucky to have her. She took the time to know us and gave us great restaurant recommendations!! The resort is centrally located, very clean and although the rooms are on the smaller side, I would stay there again. 10/10"

"One of the nicest rooms we had in Thailand. I love wood walls and ceiling. Bed was comfy and our first floor room had the pool right outside our sliding door. Staff was courteous - great stay!"

Clean, friendly and great resort

"The 3 pools are good, the resort goes from the east beach to the west beach which makes for an easy way through Railay. The food was good, we were happy with the breakfast options. The room was absolutely great, some would say a little dated but we were perfectly happy. The resort was clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful, even giving us a lift across the resort in a golf cart and helping us sort out a transfer to the airport following our stay."

"Nice little hotel. Had to get their app in order to call for housekeeping and request services which I thought was initially annoying but actually ended up being easier. It’s off the main strip so a little quieter at night and was very clean. Breakfast was okay but convenient to be included. Across from the new night market and 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Sort of in the middle of the strip which worked out well. The tourism desk in the lobby charges much more for tours than the app so just quote the app price and they’ll honour it. "

"My stay at the hotel and location is excellent, and I have no complaints. The staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, I do have two suggestion—elevators should be available throughout the property to better accommodate guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Secondly, staff transportation accommodation should be available, especially for those who work late shifts. The monkey trails should not be their primary access point to the hotel. "

"We stayed at 5 different properties while in the area including The Surin Phuket. The Rayavadee was certainly the highlight. The jungle meets the beach in the most incredible way. Our bungalow was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and the most luxurious shower. The food was delicious and the spa was amazing. It was definitely a layer back five star experience that didn’t feel stuffy."

"The atmosphere was calm and friendly. Staff very attentive. Monkeys, lizards and exotic birds visiting everyday. Two great pools, the one outside our terrace was peaceful, always sun loungers available. Good choice at breakfast but lunch and dinner prices quite expensive in comparison to local restaurants. Overall, loved my stay."

Lovely!

"Lovely hotel right on the most beautiful beach along the Leam Tong coast. Very friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Really great that there is free transportation around the hotel area in golf carts, especially if you stay in rooms on the mountainside. The hotel looks nice, but needs a lot of love in many places. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant area needs a major cleaning."
