Really great that there is free transportation around the hotel area in golf carts, especially if you stay in rooms on the mountainside. The hotel looks nice, but needs a lot of love in many places. "We stayed at the Ivory for 4 nights and we can’t say enough about Juni and her hospitality. She made the stay at the resort and Koh Phi Phi itself!! She goes beyond what is expected from staff and they are lucky to have her. She took the time to know us and gave us great restaurant recommendations!! The resort is centrally located, very clean and although the rooms are on the smaller side, I would stay there again. 10/10"
