"Enjoyed our stay. We had a room with swim up access which was fun. Pool area generally was good, big enough for the numbers of people without being crowded & deep enough for a decent swim. Breakfast buffet was great, wide variety of choices & good coffee. Hotel is a bit tired in places & while not dirty by any means it wasn’t cleaned as well as others we stayed in on this trip. "We had a supreme garden villa with a plunge pool. We arrived early at the resort before lunchtime. Our room wasnt ready so we had early lunch at the restaurant. There was no welcome drink considering reception were not busy so no excuse. After lunch we had to wait over 2 hours for our room. We were exhausted from travelling from LHR and were told we would get our villa before 3pm. It was 2.30 by the time we had it. The villa itself was spacious but outdated. "I was travelling solo and enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s in a convenient location with a short walk to Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. I’m happy I stayed in this area instead of the usual Patong area as it’s abit more quiet. The hotel breakfast was great with all the usual options. "We took the public bus from Phuket airport to Karon, bus drop off not far from the hotel easy walk. The Hotel is right across from the beach. The room was spacious and clean everything worked.Free wifi tended to drop off intermittently staff were good.Lots of food places close by, as were massage places and market stalls. I would stay again."

" Views were great. the shuttle service to and from the beach was great. It would be hard to be accessible if you’re disabled. Too many stairs and no elevator. Pools were great"
