"We had an amazing experience staying at Centara Grand Beach Resort. The hotel management is exceptional, and every staff member I interacted with was professional, well-trained, and courteous. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. "The staff are very nice and go out of their way to take care of you. Food was good for breakfast and lunch at their international cuisine restaurant. The beach is just lovely and not too crowded. Pools are nice though not heated (which is standard for the area i think). Only con was that the room is quite dated and the bed creaked every time i turned in it. Bathrooms are updated but not well kept. An update could really help. "

"Stayed 3 nights in a grand deluxe twin room. The room was very spacious even with two twin beds and a lounge with coffee table. Rooms felt very clean and well vacuumed before my check in. Location was excellent - access to Kata beach was very close by the hotel and there are many restaurants within walking distance. All the staff were just lovely. Had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again when visiting Phuket again"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was amazing and our room (Tropicana Superior) was lovely and very spacious. Pool areas were relaxing, clean and always managed to get a sunbed. The staff were hard working and very friendly, always happy to help. Good range of food to choose fromat breakfast. Great location, close to main restaurants and Karon Beach, which is also very nice. Plenty of sunbeds for hire"

"Great hotel. Loved the room, great aircon, comfy bed and the best shower i have ever been in. The pool is very nice, a good size and not too cold. The restaurants are excellent. The staff are lovely. "

"I reqlly liked the place. If your younger do not even worry about it, either rent a bike or it is 10 minutes walk to Karon beach. Otherwise they have multiple shuttle a day to take you to the beach. Highly recommended 👌. "
