"The most amazing service, I’ve never been met with such hospitality. Hosts were extremely responsive, rooms included daily house keeping with your personal laundry done free of charge. We even had fruits left in the fridge for us. Property was beautiful and we loved the pool. Some minor issues with larger vehicles making it up the hill but either rent a scooter or have the host help you book a tuk tuk! They can get it for cheaper than on the grab app. Overall amazing stay! "

"I wouldn't advise anyone to even consider this place, I was basically abandoned for 6 days, the agency phone always went unanswered, the bathroom is filthy with mould growing on the blinds and there was hair left in the shower, the shower is dangerous as it's practically impossible to get into because its so high, no slip mat if things go wrong. Cleaning is promised on a daily basis, someone turned up once. There's nothing in the place to clean up after yourself not even a broom or dustpan and...

"Awful staff communication. It took them 24 hours to bring us toilet paper. Asked around noon. Messages kept getting mixed up, different people replying. Around 6pm they told me it was too late. They understood very little English, which is understandable, except that English speaking is on the listing. When it finally came the next day, they left it outside the door without knocking or letting us know. They wouldn’t bring more paper towels and kept saying we had to pay if we want clean towels....

"Its a good location for us because its out of the really busy area, lots of good local food, 7-11, short walk or scooter to beach. Downside is we had ground floor closest to road and outside sitting area where people are hanging out talking loud at all hours. Also the air conditioner outside unit was in our bathroom and sink area, its hot like an oven, very weird construction. We asked to move if another room was available and owner said he'd let us know but never got back to us."

"We had a great stay at Karon Beach Pool Villa, we loved having our own private pool, 3 generously sized bedrooms with large comfy beds (all with air con) and the staff kept everything nice and clean throughout our stay. It also had a reasonably well equipped kitchen although we didn’t cook much given the cheap and numerous eating options in Karon Beach village. It was a bit of a walk into town but downhill and plenty of tuk tuks to get up the hill at the end of the day! It would have been nice...

"We paid extra for a pool top villa but did not really think it was worth the extra as it was so small and lots of little ants. Very strict on bringing outside drinks and food around pool. ( I got told I could not eat crisps as not purchased from them) Had to ask for our pool to be cleaned and had cockroaches in bathroom but they did come straight away to fix. "This property boasts a stunning ocean view, and our villa, complete with an attached pool, was situated right in front of the water, creating the illusion that the waves were almost spilling into our room. The staff is polite and responsive, though it lacks the level of pampering we have experienced in Thailand. The only significant drawback is the lack of a private beach area for hotel guests. If guests wish to use the beach and have a chair, they must go to the public area and pay for a chair and towel. For a five-star, adults-only hotel, I would expect a designated beachfront area exclusively for guests, complete with drink and food service, and included as part of the experience."

" Jelaporn and I have visited Phuket on several occasions. The Centsra Grand Beach Resort on Karon Beach is a facility where all aspects are of superior quality. Karon Beach is beautiful, large.and uncrowdrd. Soft sand with an easy incline that facilitates entry to the ocean for every age. The campus here is expansive. There is a water park that winds through the grounds complete with waterfalls, slides and tubing canals. There is a large family pool, a kiddie pool and an adults only pool. These facilities are surrounded by restaurants and beverage bars that accomodate both casual dining and formal fare. Drinks vary from traditional cocktails, specialty fruit cocktails, wines and a variety of nonalcoholic beverages. We stayed at Centera Beach Resort for four days and three nights and never felt the need to leave the campus. The staff here is friendly and well spoken. Most are well versed in English and anxious to help."
