I made it a point to leave a positive review because people tend to share negative feedback more quickly than positive, and this resort truly deserves recognition. While I wish I could mention every single person who made my stay memorable, I want to highlight a few: Jose Luis R. at the pool bar, and Tarzan and Rosendo at the 24-hour dining. If you're ever feeling down or need a mood boost, just go meet Tarzan! His vibrant personality and dedication to service really set him apart from others I've encountered in the past.
