"Since we arrived at The Sanctuary resort, we had the warmest welcome and we felt this throughout our stay, we enjoy every minute, it was wonderful but the outstanding hospitality we received from the one-on-one personnel such as Felix from the steak house rest. & brkfst., Antolin from the Asian Wok rest., Sandro from the Italian rest., Dario and Jannete from our daily breakfast at Casa Bella, and as for the Pool this area had its own Ambassadors wish made the time spent even more special such as...

We were happy with most of the food options (would not recommend the rib eye at The Grill, it was thin, dry and hard to eat). We did the Enclave upgrade which I felt was worth it for the addituonal meal options. We used the main pool most of the time though because it was better for our kids who are still young.
