"My family had a great time. Kids really enoyed the kids club which was included and the water park, also the beach was beautiful. The food was good too, we enjoyed the italian restaurant on the resort the most, they sang happy birthday and brought a piece of cake complimentary for my husband. Friendly staff and so clean. Everyone is always maintaining and cleaning the property inside and outside. Room service was available 24 hours so that helped as we landed late the 1st night. Great experience...

"Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana was absolutely amazing! The resort itself is stunning, with so much to offer for all ages. "The secrets Cap Cana Resort and Spa is a true five star resort. Everything was very good. Name brand alcohol, pretty good food, the staff outstanding, didn't ever have to wait for anything, the concierge service is awesome with our guy Jeison on a daily basis, the beach is nice, the beach is private it's the type of beach where there will be little to no traffic from other resorts and if it is it's by the only one next door which is also a nice place!
