The butler service was a nice touch- food was good except the hibachi restaurant. Other than that, quality food and drinks all around. Would have appreciated the staff was all on the same page about the time of the events everyday and not canceling them. We were supposed to have a private cocktail party because we...

"It was a fun place to celebrate my 62nd birthday. It’s like 3 resorts in one, it wasn’t a good place to snorkel but the waves were fun to fight. We felt that we had been there 7 days already but we were only there 4 days. "

"This is our second trip to El Faro. The staff is superb and their attitude and hospitality is excellent! My only concern is that the buildings areas must have a more detail attention to maintenance as we noticed the rusting around the buildings more than the last time we were here. But overall we will comeback! "
