If you are not a diamond member you wont get into most of the restaurants they have. And the restaurants you do get to pick from you cant because they are already booked. "I went for 4 days for spring break! Very pretty resort. The staff was super friendly & helpful. I really enjoyed the morning workouts; HIIT at 8am with Kimberly was a 5/5! The beach club food was great I had lunch there every day! The sushi spot is not the best if you’re a sushi eater, but the steakhouse was also great! The buffet served a variety of things which were good. Another fav was the bathtub on the balcony. I love big tubs! Overall I give it 4.5/5 stars."

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "
