"The set up of the facility is cool, the rooms are detached bungalows with an outdoor kitchenette. The grounds are beautiful. The 2 pools are very small. The staff was nice, but did not speak any English, just Spanish (FYI). We did not eat at the restaurant, instead choosing to go to Puerto Viejo, just because we liked the town. "Fair value for money. Got there after dark, went to see desk staff (two of them). They did not know the name of the hotel as per the reservation, so they sent us away. When we returned, after being assured by their COMPETITORS that we had been at the right place, they agreed that their hotel might have another name and found our reservations. No apology for wasting 30 minutes of our time."
