"Overall hotel is comfortable, steps from the beach, convenient to shopping & dining. Front desk check in experience not good at all. Waited over an hour for room to be ready. Told previous guest had a late check-out and would let us know when ready. Waited in restaurant within view of desk repeatedly checking . More than an hour later checked again. "Absolutely beautiful property! Staff were over the top! Had a few minor issues which were quickly tended to by staff. Restaurant was 10/10! Only complaint was the beds are quite hard. Still giving a 5 star! Loved it! "

"Without Google we would have had a hard time finding it! In our room there was a shrieking noise which we assume was from the water system - it seemed to be connected to the toilet which sometimes did not flush well. We reported it at the desk when we left - really just a minor concern. Overall we had a very pleasant stay there. Liked the restaurant having tables on the beach - shades of "Death in Paradise" on the TV!"

"We loved having the beach and good dining very close. The grounds are beautiful and we saw howler monkeys, common black hawks and sloth right on the property. Playa Cocles is across the street with some major waves! Our apartment had a kitchen which was very convenient. It is close to the street and adjacent property, so not quiet. The only inprovements we would like are a replaced shower head and mitigation of the sewage smell (brief) near the stairs."

Lo malo es que el agua no llega con la adecuada presion a la ducha en la segunda planta del hotel, lo que tomar un baño fue demasiado difícil y se demoro bastante tiempo. El area del sanitario parecia que se estaba callendo, ya que el piso estaba quebrado y al estar en segunda planta, se inclino considerablemente hacia un lado.
