Der Service und das Ambiente im Hotel war herausragend gut und das ist zu 100 Prozent verdient, deshalb würden wir es mit 10 Sterne bewertet. Sie haben uns alle Wünsche erfüllt und alle Mitarbeiter haben uns das Gefühl gegeben als wären wir Zuhause, wie eine große Familie. Dafür wollten wir uns ganz herzlich Bedanken. "Staff was outstanding. Beverage/Food quality was great but very pricey."

"We loved having the beach and good dining very close. The grounds are beautiful and we saw howler monkeys, common black hawks and sloth right on the property. Playa Cocles is across the street with some major waves! Our apartment had a kitchen which was very convenient. It is close to the street and adjacent property, so not quiet. The only inprovements we would like are a replaced shower head and mitigation of the sewage smell (brief) near the stairs."
