"The hotel is a 3 stars hotel as written outside, staff are friendly, daily cleaning service, in general is good, easy shopping around, only downside for me was the car parking, every time arrive after midnight the hotel car park was full and I was struggling to find parking, had to find another car parking around and pay for a car overnight stay, or try to arrive before midnight to secure parking. "

"I would recommend this hotel as a single women traveling on her own. Had a great vibe & upstairs restaurant by pool great music & food. Very comfortable to sit & eat on your own. 24 hour coffee station. Lovely room & very helpful staff with easy access to taxis for Kite beach surrounding attractions. Will come back & stay at that hotel. Only complaint was I choose that hotel so I could walk straight on the canal but no access with construction so did not take advantage of the canal hotel walk...

"Property is excellent. Staff are fantastic. Food and drink prices were reasonable. They provide a free shuttle bus to certain areas to assist with transport. The hotel provide earplugs for the room and you will need them if you are beach front side and trying to sleep before midnight, there is the newly developed J1 beach which has amazing beach clubs and the hotel has great atmosphere too, so either embrace that or try the ear plugs :) Will definitely book again."
